LIPI (the Sciences Institution of Indonesia) finally was launching Indonesian sea radar (ISRA), the first made-in-Indonesia observer radar. The radar could be used to see through maritime and aerial transportation, weather observation, territory mapping, and navigation. In addition, the radar is also useful for military.
